This bike is known as the Uno Bike and has been invented and created by the 18 year old canadian, Ben Gulak. It is said that this electical bike has been conceived from lessons learned from Segway device, but implemented in cooler package.
Brief Infos About The Bike:
=> Has two wheels, side-by-side, and uses gyroscopic technology to stay upright
=> The wheels are independently operated making turning much more precise
=> Moves in the direction the rider leans (the more you lean, the faster you go)
=> To move backward, just lean back on the seat to tilt it backwards
=> Hits a top speed of 25 mph in its current configuration
=> Has a weight of 58kg
=> Has a range of 2.5 hours once it is charged from the mains
=> No controls except for an On-Off switch (so simple as that!)
”[..] it is designed for the commute to work through busy towns” says Gulak. “ I believe this could be electrical alternative to the car. I’m just looking for an investor to help me get it into production [..]”
Ben Gulak also claims that his innovative bike would help beat pollution and the design was inspired from a visit to China in 2006 - “The smog was so thick, we never saw the sun,” he said.

My Point Of View
Well, this is amazingly wonderful and this guy is a very talented engineer. He will surely prove his worth and his new bike in the incoming years. The idea and philosophy behind is great. It takes guts, trust and faith in our creative and talented, out-of-the-box, mind to come forward to show our thoughts. And those who can make it, will succeed undeniably!
Uno Bike Resembles Jeremy’s Bike In Code Lyoko?
Some of you might say that this bike should definetly have a connection with Jeremy Belpois’ virtual bike, from the famous Code Lyoko.

I end here with a trailer of Code Lyoko with Jeremy’s Uno Bike (you will see it precisely at 2mins,09secs in the video)

Recently I met an old friend of mine who trains a lot for races (running).
He bought a Nike+iPod and he was training with this sports kit. I was very impressed as he explains to me all the available functionalities and boost which this Nike+ gadget provides. It is simply amazing..
What Is Nike+iPod Sports Kit
- A small device which measures and records the distance and pace of a run
- used to track walking, running, and combinations of the two
The Nike+iPod consists of 2 parts:

1) A sensor - precisely called as a piezoelectric accelerometer. It’s embedded with a transmitter that is mounted under the inner sole of the shoe. (see diagram above)
2) A receiver - This is meant to be connected with your iPod. (see the diagram above)
Any Special Shoe needed?
While Nike recommends that the sensor needs a special Nike+ with a special pocket in which to place the device, my friend told me that his non-nike+ shoe was equally good for this purpose
How to Use the Nike + iPod Sport Kit
The best place with the best diagrams and clear explanation is surely the Nike+iPod Get in gear - have a look at the diagram there..
Something Striking
This device have in-workout audio feedback and pre-recorded congratulations provided by famous athletes like Lance Armstrong, Tiger Woods, Joan Benoit Samuelson, and Paula Radcliffe whenever a user achieves a personal best. See the following 2 videos for a concrete understanding:
Nike Plus Motivation
Another demonstration with steps:
Your Stats Can Be Integrated With Nike+ WebSite
When the device is tracking your progress and personal workout, you are essentially connected with the Nike+ Website and getting exposed to other products also.

The Message Of John Chow Is Clear And Straight-Forward
Traffic like shitty blog posts since these type of articles are what appeals to them. And he’ll give them such post even if he has to make a shit about it to get more fame and traffic.
If you are not understanding what I mean, have a look at “My Shitty Attempt at a Viral Video - by John Chow“.
(I will not show this video here, since I don’t believe he deserves that much!)
Readers Do Not Think?
If you read the comments on that post, you will observe that most of the comments are “congrats Chow, that was fantastic“. Now either really the readers of John Chow like such crappy (if not shitty) articles or they are “faking it” to impress Chow. Common, does Chow care for them anyway? If Chow did care for them, instead of explaining about shits on his own made video, he would have provided them with a more informative, valuable and respectful one. If you still don’t agree with me, then you have been “shittified” by Chow’s magic. Go get a doctor!
Is That An Example To Give To Bloggers?
Chow is (was, to me) one of the high profile bloggers in the blogosphere and he always claimed to “teach you..how to make money from blogging“. Is that a way to teach you how to be famous with such a video? Holy crap, what will we see more soon?
Darren Rowse v/s John Chow
Darren Rowse who also “teach you..how to blog“, has given some insightful and respect-worthy videos till now. He clearly shows he respects his readership and provides them with insighful, informative and above all, respectful videos, unlike John Chow. I must admit, “hats-off to you Darren!”
What I want to emphasize here is that such a stuff from a blogger of the calibre of John Chow is just unacceptable, even when “testing or trying out a new trick!”
Does This Video Bring Chow Traffic And Fame?
Yes, this video is viral, and will spread around very very fast. And this is ONLY what matters to him! So, this was a trick by Chow to get more fame and traffic. But is that kind of promotion worthy of a blogger like John Chow? Is this kind of “portray” desirable. My answer is definetly a BIG NO! What is yours?
What are your opinion, do you see things in my angle?
Share This Article with your friends! As most of you know, Text Link Ads, aka TLA, was founded by Patrick Gavin. But did you know about how actually TLA was born? How did Patrick come up with this brilliant idea? Was it luck or effort?

Fortunately, Patrick has just started his own blog and it’s pretty cool to read about how he came up with this wonderfully creative business idea of Text Link Ads. It all started from the “Brick to the Click” as Mr Partrick Gavin narrates in his article: History of TLA.
Before you go, here is another interesting article that I spotted; it gives you insights about the evolution of text links in general and most of the aspects and trends centered around them. The article was produced by Gord Collins, titled Text Link Ads: Buy Your Way to the Top?

Today i read something interesting and thought to share it with you. It seems that in Japan, lady luck will smile to you if you do something really simple. Guess what? (Hint: Cleanliness)
Urm, let me help you; the answer is: ‘Keep your toilet Clean“.
Yes, you have to do it if you want to have success in anything you do. This has taken a tremendous rate in Japan and even books have been published, with the famous one being: ‘Cleaning the toilet to attract luck‘. This book is believed to be inspired by Buddhist teachings and feng shui; traditional Chinese belief saying fortune of people is directly proportional to their surroundings.
Some of the advice of this book are as follows:
- “Don’t just wipe the floor, polish it”
- “It’s important to maintain a positive mood while cleaning”
Other claims of books in this related series are:
- “I won the lottery! I married my ideal person! I got pregnant!”
While some people might not totally agree with this superstitious belief, others will say that this is ’surely a way to grant the favor of Lady Luck’.
So, what is your opinion about this? Do you believe in it or has you tried it?
