Scintillate Your Inspiration And Goals - Make An Analogy From The Attitude Of Michael Phelps

Posted on: Sunday, August 24th, 2008 | Written by Wakish

Michael Phelps inspiration, aim and goals

Last time , in Phenomenal World Record Winnings Of Michael Phelps At Beijing 2008 Olympic, we also mentioned Michael Phelps’ Iron-Will Power To Perform Beyond The Accomplished. Today, I want to show that Michael Phelps is really an inspiration and had the right attitude. Having the right attitude is necessary, or even crucial in any field, including blogging, in determining your success.

Michael Said: “Nothing is impossible. With so many people saying it couldn’t be done, all it takes is an imagination, and that’s something I learned and something that helped me [..]”

Besides, having an iron-will power to achieve, Michael Phelps is a brilliant mastermind; the ability to have an imagination to go beyond our own limits or the thought of others, is just exceptionally wonderful! He sets his aim and keep focusing on it. He adds his imagination, concentration, courage and deal with every step like a piece of puzzle and in the end assembling each pieces to mould and concretize his aim into history.

I have gathered 3 small-length videos on Michael Phelps just to show you the attitude and trust (in himself) of Michael Phelps.

Knowledge - An Important Word In All Important Inspirational Words Of Important People

Posted on: Monday, February 25th, 2008 | Written by Wakish

Knowledge is a word which has so many meanings and varies from people to people. But, whatever the extent of knowledge someone has, it is always not enough in this rapidely changing world. Every little thing that we experience in our daily life, contributes to increasing our knowledge. We are reading something in an old newspaper, still we are gaining something. In every little thing or person, there is something to learn!

Knowledge

Let’s read and understand some of the inspirational words of some great people, all centered around the word Knowledge

1) Knowledge is power - by Hobbes

2) Knowledge is the only instrument of production that is not subject to diminishing returns - by J.M Clark

3) That knowledge which purifies the mind and heart alone, is true knowledge; all else is only a negation of knowledge - by Sri Ramakrishna

4) The law of nature is that a certain quantity of work is necessary to product a certain quantity of good of any kind, whatever. If you want knowledge, you must toil for it - by John Ruskin

5) We broaden our field of knowledge and reach generalisations of considerable magnitude as the result of numerous small thoughts brought together in the mind and carefully considered - by Alexander G.Bell

6) Knowledge is of two kinds. We know one subject ourselves or we know where we can get information upon it. - by Dr. Johnson

7) knowledge comes, but wisdom lingers - by Tennyson

8) Science is organised knowledge - by Herbert Spencer

9) Knowledge is proud that he has learned, wisdom is humble that he knows no more - by Cowper

Do you know any other? I’m sure you may have some great ones too.. Feel free to add to the list :)

A True Teacher Is An Emperor Whose…

Posted on: Friday, December 7th, 2007 | Written by Wakish

Teacher

exclamation A teacher whose soul is wrinkled and whose heart is atrophied is surely someone who is devoid of enthusiasm and energy.
exclamation A teacher who simply marks time and has his eyes fixed on the calender is a disgrace to the profession and an abuse and lack of respect to the society, his pupils and himself!

A teacher is the bedrock of the proper growth and education of a human being and hence a good prosperous world. The role that a teacher plays is too fundamental. If a teacher fails in his aim, the result is chaotic for the life of a children who will grow up to be the adult of tomorrow. Just take a few moment and think about it!

A true teacher:
- is rich without money
- is to be reckoned not in terms of bank balance, but in the bounteous love and loyalty he has evoked in his pupils/students.

A true teacher is, without doubt, an emperor whose empire is carved in the grateful minds of his students which no pioneer on earth can shake!

I take this opportunity to stand up and pay my respect to all those wonderful teachers around the world who are giving their best to honour their profession and their true passion to teach, convey and share knowledge.
Teaching is surely not an easy profession, but the true reward of any teacher is undeniably to see their student grown up to be “a successful human being” in life, and not just “someone in the crowd!”
